Whether you are working out from the house or at the gym, all you need is a kettlebell to complete this flow. A dumbbell can actually replace the kettlebell if you own one and not the other.

This week’s workout: A Kettlebell Flow

Sumo Squat
Clean into squat
Overhead Press
Reverse Lunge L
Reverse Lunge R
Repeat x3
Sumo Squat into High Pull

Complete 2 to 3 Rounds Per Set

Perform 3 to 5 sets

This is a full body workout, targeting many muscle groups for a high caloric expenditure, incorporating movements that require core stability, and challenging your movement patterns and coordination.
